1. When you opt in to participating in a Reckon With program by submitting the Onboarding Form, Reckon With will collect certain personal information, including your name (last name optional), email address (required), and phone number (optional).

2. If you do not submit the Onboarding Form, your information is not collected or retained by Reckon With.

3. Reckon With will store your information in an internal database. Only Reckon With staff will have access to this database.

4. Reckon With may use your information to contact you for program communications and resolving support issues. This includes using services such as Airtable and Twilio to send automated emails and SMS.

5. Reckon With will never share your information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. You can request to access, modify, or delete your information at any time by contacting hello@reckonwith.org.

7. You can opt out of text messaging by replying STOP at any time.
